Do us Brits find emotions more difficult than other countries?

Hear me interview Les Greenberg, developer of Emotion Focused Therapy

I was lucky enough to interview Les Greenberg, developer of Emotion Focused Therapy and visiting Professor at the Emotion Focused Therapy Institute of England. Les tells me all about how Emotion Focused Therapy was developed, what it involves, and why us Brits may find an emotion focused approach a little more tricky than some other cultures.
